Economic Overhaul

This is an economic overhaul that leaves the unrealistic resource outputs and inputs behind. Almost everything now takes oil and electricity to operate just like in real life, to include military bases and almost all other buildings. The amount of petrol that is pumped out of the ground is nerfed so oil starts shooting up in price quick to around $200 bbl in the first month. Alot more energy is needed and the unrealistic output of wind, solar, and alternatives have been nerfed when compared to coal, nuke, and oil. The days of the high GDP going in debt forever and still run the economy just fine are over! You don't have power or oil then your facilities can't function. This is the hardcore mode you have been waiting for. As soon as I have a way to mod how taxes and inflation work, I'll fix that too. Great job on the game devs, much respect for a great game!
