Depleted cores, hazardous materials and spent tower munitions (categories A-E only -- if in doubt consult the standard manual) are now to be recycled at the recently-refurbished Oceanview facility. The oceanic roadway between Oceanview and Oceanfloor has been partially reconstructed, although contact with the Oceanfloor facility is yet to be re-established.

Under no circumstances should you attempt to use the oceanic roadway unless riding in an approved oceanic roadway-capable vehicle. A list of approved vehicles can be found on page 866 of the standard manual.
