Planet Terror Katana stats
it weighs 1.5, does 10 damage instead of 8, attacks 10 percent faster, and has 40% critchance instead of 35. It also has a one in 60 chance to lose condition, instead of 1 in 15 (so 4 times longer lifetime)

@Café it can only be spawned in using item list as admin. it was made as event prize
