No Oathgold Requirement for Rune Forge

Description
There is currently a bug with regards to unlocking the Rune Forge in multiplayer campaigns. Currently only the first Dwarf player to reach 200 Oathgold is able to unlock the Rune Forge, all other players are locked out.

This mod simply removes the arbitrary requirement to open the Rune Forge, same as it was before 5.0. This should allow multiple players to play Dwarfs and utilize the Rune Forge.

Save Game Compatible: If you are already locked out of the Forge due to the bug, advancing to the next turn should trigger it to unlock.

Thank you for this mod.

Forge was locked when we loaded a 2-man coop with my pal; I was the only one playing Dwarf, and sit on 400 Oathgold yet it was locked because of 200 Oathgold requirement. (idk how it happen; it unlocked fine the first time, but bugged out when we loaded the save a few days later.

Installing this mod and ending turn fixed the issue, saving our campaign. Thanks again!

We had the same problem, just try reloading a slightly older autosave and try advancing the turn.

My friend and I started a campaign a few days ago as dwarves on easy because I am a nub. We were about 17 turns in when I realised that I couldn't use the forge, even though I had over the required 150 oath gold (not 200, I'm guessing because we are playing on easy?). We are both subscribed to this mod now, but I still can't unlock or use the forge, while he can.

I'm playing a campaign with 3 people with the mod working for the other player but not for me. Dont know if the mod works for any others with more than 2 players
