RED - FG79 Hybrid Fighter (Vanilla/No DLC)

Another simple basic build, Vanilla, no DLC and survival ready!

After some issues that became prevalent during testing of the FG76, the FG79 sought to eliminate these issues.

This is the FG79, it's a hybrid fighter and combines all 3 thruster types in its design, powered by batteries and a small reactor
The hydrogen thrusters greatly increase its maneuverability and fighting potential, also needed to reliably escape a planets velocity.
The hydros are supplied via an O2/H2 gen that also pressurizes the cockpit, aswell as 8 small hydrogen tank embedded into the main body (roughly 1/4 of a large tanks capacity, reasonable)

Outside of combat however, the Ions and atmos can support the ship for just moving around, saving you precious hydrogen, the atmos alone are enough to keep the ship airborne in 1G whilst fully loaded with ammo and ice in the generators but they wont be enough to maneuver you through a fight or other hasty movements.

It is armed with 4 Gatling guns and 2 non-reloadble rocket launchers for flybys against static targets
