Updated for Omens of Destruction
-Made recruitable from Ungrim's special slayer landmark
-Made recruitable for Malakia's faction and from his airship
-Made recruitable for all Kislev factions through the Ice guard building chain
-Added the slayer trait, deathblow, and charge defense against large
-Added some Kislev traits such as Guardian call and Heroic Resilience
-Changed hero type and cap to be the same as the Dragon Slayer
-Changed training skill to be replenishment like the Dragon Slayer
-Gave her Ice guard voice lines so she is no longer silent
-Gave her an Ice guard ice sword
-Gave the frost bite contact effect and added 10 bonus vs large (kept the 15 bonus vs infantry)
-Fixed it so that she can equip character runes
