Starts as a Core 9 Vessel with room for quantum extenders and auxiliary cores.

There is plenty of hard points for additional weapons when CPU becomes available along with engine upgrades and additional medium shield boosters in the cargo hold.
It might be preferable to remove the de-constructor and advanced constructor to free more cpu initially for additional weapons or shield, the choice is yours.
