DWARFEN AIR SUPERIORITY


What this mod does:
  • Adds 5 new Custom Airborne Dwarf Units
  • Gunship (Rifles, Blunderbuss, Light Crank Gun, Heavy Crank Gun, and Missile Rocket Barrage)
  • Benefits from Lord and technology buffs (Gyrobomber Buffs)
  • The units can be found and recruited in their respective category building (e.g Gunships can be recruited in Engineer Building)


TIP: SHIFT + RMB Drag

If you want the gunships to maneuver around an enemy I recommend using the "SHIFT + RMB drag", simply hold left shift and drag your mouse while pressing right mouse button so that the gunners at the side of the gunship can fire effectively 🔨

Unfortunately, AI built many of these craft but doesn't know how to use them. It constantly has them circling in one place instead of attempting to hover over enemy targets. In fact, these gunships should emulate the thunderbarge's tactics—trying to track and hover over enemies—rather than adopting the gyrocopter's long-range firing approach.
