g_scale fix for level transition

this is a cheat mod. It enables e_cheats to 1.

This mod will set your g_scale to this new variable in the console called g_scale_pure. Set g_scale_pure in the console to the same number you want to use on your g_scale command.

'g_scale 2' and 'g_scale_pure 2' as examples. save these settings on game reboot with 'save g_scale 2' and 'save g_scale_pure 2'

The delay on changing g_scale on level transition with this mod is also likely impossible to "fix" I had to try nearly every single hook in the game to find this one and I refuse to use some update function hook. So yes, there's a delay after the level transition.
