RX7 RX-7 RX 7 FD

Have you my rotary friends ever thought that the original settings for the original mod were kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥? If yes then don't fret because i fixed them for you!

Increased spawn rates for both models (also new spawn locations) and lowered mechanics until lvl 5.
Basic spawn chance was 0.3 and for FD it was 0.1, like what the ♥♥♥♥ is that? Now it's 4 and 2.

Spawn rate might still appear to be low for you if you have a lot of car mods.
I can easily find at least 2 Rx7s in West Point without any other car mods on basic settings.
