Its NOt auto u need to buy defuse kit for fast and just rescue hostage again and again hostage is too near so its fast

It actually works great, and a tip to anyone using it: use these console commands:
mp_maxrounds (higher than normal number, so it doesnt end the game)
mp_freezetime 0.1
mp_round_restart_delay 0.1

The last two there make it so round restarts WAY faster so you dont have to wait so long between each rescue
