HairTrauma - Missing haircut under hats FIX

All hail the Mighty Mulet of our fellow Captain !!! With this mod, you will keep your haircut under your headwear instead of turning bald.
It also lessen walking speed penalty with diving suits ( conveniant for PUCS within an unflooded sub ) and it allows to have a visible carry of a bandolier or a toolbox over a diving suit !

Other face and hair mods might work with this mod but they are not guaranteed to look OK.

The balding/haircut removal issue is present for a very long time now ( at least since the new character styling ) but before updates of 2024 you could have your hair visible under a hat by removing it and putting it again on your head. It no longer worked at some point.
Everything is based on a previously made mod that had errors I helped to fix. But after that, OP changed drastically aspects of it regarding the diving suits. So, I decided to release my own version !

This mod causes vanilla Diving Suits to also occupy the head slot when worn, this is done to prevent the diving suit helmets to look awkward with the alphaclipping of the headwear. So any headwear will go back to a free inventory slot when putting a diving suit on. Maybe a solution will be found for that on later versions !
If you use modded Diving Suits or whatever modded fullbody equipment that doesn't occupy the head slot it will look weird.
