[RE-UPLOAD] Fire Explodes Fuel Pumps!

With this mod when Fuel/Gas/Petrol Pumps catch on fire they will EXPLODE!
This can cause a chain reaction.

Unfortunately there is some mild jank on account of how PZ handles fires; pre-exisiting fire will sometimes despawn when the fuel pump explosions...
