Description
All flags replaced with the Soviet Banner of Victory[en.wikipedia.org]

Only in:
• Dead Center
• Dark Carnival
• The Sacrifice
• No Mercy
• and some custom campaigns if it has a flagpole.

Typically, used for Victory Day[en.wikipedia.org] celebrations.

The animation used in the thumbnail: Re-Animated US Flag (I highly recommend using it, since it's compatible with reskins)
