Idk if this helps Im not in coding or anything related to this but if u could splice the assets up separately then have a color slider for each individual piece then maybe. Or make variant colors for last option. Reply or re-reply if u solve anything.

I had a feeling it might happen but I didn't have a clean solution, sadly. I could try that way but idk how well they'll help without the player changing the sprite colors manually. That's an option, but it'd require the player to know how to edit the file. I could even make like 4 of the template so up to 4 people will be able to see each other's unique colors.

Maybe start with presets then go into free color range after to at least hold people off for a bit cause not being able to change them in a separate manner makes it impossible to use with other skins besides white. Not really impossible but there's no contrast and its far least appealing. Idk how to code so I'm not mouthing off, I'm just letting you know lol.

I do wanna do that somehow, like making a set that colors the arms only, and another that only colors the poncho, but I worry the only proper way to do it would be making pre-made colors which would likely stifle customization unless you don't mind using a set color, as changing colors will change the entire sprite color not just certain parts.

if people really want that I could look into making some presets, maybe.

that and I need to figure out how to update the mod x.x I haven't found the setting to do that yet

Can u make it so the color of the arms and the poncho attachment can be change separately with its colors?

@The Roman Agent, so its not down to this working, but DMS itself, as this is just adding stuff to DMS. in my experience, setting up DMS cosmetics tends to set -everyone's- looks on your end. so, yes it "works", but you're essentially setting how all slugcats will look (based on which it is)
