Lock and Loaded

Description
Overview
This is an add-on mod of Gas, Guns, Garb, and Grub (Cannot work without loading that with this), inspired by Keep Your Powder Dry
Adds serveral munition related Production Method and Mobilisation Options to better simulate the evolution of munition along with weapons.
Ammunition plant would be unlocked right after the Gunsmithing technology, at that point it can only produce paper wrapped catridges using an inefficient recipe. The line infantry would not require ammunition initially, however, picking the "Muscket" MO from GGGG would let them consume a tiny bit of Sulfur and Lead, which you can replace them with actual Ammunition goods by picking the "Paper Catridges" MO from this mod.
I have always been confused about how paradox decides the vanilla munition Production Method, there were only two stages "Percussion Cup" and "Explosive Shell", where one is for light arms and one for artillery, so here I have divided the munition base PMs into two, one is for bullets of light arms: paper catridges-percussion cups-metal case bullets, and another separate one for shells: cannon balls(The default one that does nothing, like "no canning" of food industry)-Explosive Shells.
Whenever a new type of munition PM is unlocked, you also gain access to the respective MO (The Percussion Cup MO of GGGG is moved to munition section), which enhances your troop ability in exchange for consuming more ammunition.
MOs are mutually exclusive in pairs:
Paper Catridges <-> Metal Bullets
Percussion Caps <-> Ammo Feeders

Loading Order
This mod should best be loaded lower than GGGG, no other requirement.

DLC Requirements
This mod does not rely on any DLC features, so you should not need any DLCs.

Credits
Appreciation for 12130james for creating GGGG so I can apply my own thoughts on top of that.
Also thanks the discord Vic3 Modder Coop society for helping me finish this very first vic3 mod of mine

This mod hasn't been tested much yet, if you have any suggestion in perspective of balancing or historical accuracy, please leave me a comment
Because of my poor art skill, the icons created in this mod are all made by converting through the shared overlay, if anyone have a more suitable suggestion for any of the icon, please also leave a comment.
