heavy repaired speed fighter

Description
requires v8 engine mod for current reactor but can be replaced with normal reactor. this is a heavy armour version of the speed fighter and has seen combat and has been repaired. uses rockets to take down large ships and can be equiped with guns to take on other fighters.
