Description
This device is a "small" (ish) vehicle, designed to be used as a subvehicle. It has 1 full-strength shield faceing out, and is surounded by metal (fire protection). It's completly self-sustained, using only RTG's
the only rescourses it ever uses are for the repair bots, and it should be replenished by the mothership.

One of these is pretty good. A swarm, supported by docking bays? ultimate. Overlap the shields, use AI to shift them to "thicken" damaged areas, re-build them, and, with docking, they effectivly have no mass! So, massless shields! and it only needs a bit over 11 3x3x3 RTG's...
