New Vob Locator

The new locator is aimed at making the game more convenient and fair. It only works with items located near the hero.
Features
- Instead of the non-Gothic item icons, vobs are now highlighted with an effect. The highlighting can be optionally enabled for items outside of line of sight or disabled.
- The nearest item is displayed in the preview icon, along with additional information about how many such items are in the location and their distance.
- Trees are now displayed in the Archolos and New Balance mods.
- A proper vein highlighting system has been implemented for the Guilds mod, which takes into account how much of the vein you've already consumed. Hit counters are displayed next to the ore icon. Infinite veins are always highlighted.
