Changes the factor of the years.
time goes slower on the gregorian calendar.
when one year is over only one year will pass

One in-game year equals on real calendar year

The year will start and end in the same season you begin.
For example, if you start in spring, a new year will begin when spring returns.

Can you explain how this affects gameplay, your description isn't the clearest
