No Popluation Limit

IMPORTANT NOTE: This only works in quick battles where you select a "Custom" game type and set the rules yourself. See the image above to see an example.

Multiplayer and solo quick battles can select this mod to make the population limit so high, you would probably crash your PC if you actually reached it. The "Population Limit" option in the lobby will still show the original values, but when the game starts, you will see that the actual population limit value is very high. No longer do you have to limit the size of your armies.

The A.I. appears to also use this to their advantage, so it doesn't make the game one sided when fighting the computer.
