Super Loom Plus

This is an extension to my Super Loom mod which rebalances the manufacturing of fabric and the fabric requirements for manufacturing weapons. You only need Super Loom or Super Loom Plus - no need to install both.

In additional to all the changes in Super Loom, I changed the amount of cotton and hemp consumed to create fabric.

• Cotton - Reduced the required amount in half and now only 3 units of cotton are required to make 1 unit of fabric instead of 6.
  
• Hemp - Increased the required amount from 3 to 4 units of hemp to make 1 unit of fabric.

I also reduced the amount of fabric required from 100% to 25% for all weapon smithing, so if a weapon required 1 unit fabric before, it now requires .25 unit.

I figure I should explain my reasoning behind the changes in this mod because it's probably not immediately obvious. First, it always seemed odd to me that hemp is so much better than cotton. It's grows better in more biomes, it can make hash, and produces twice as much fabric. The only advantage to cotton is you can grow it around Holy Nation which is not something that matters to me after I destroy all their cities ;)

I didn't want to make it easier to make fabric by bringing cotton down below 3:1 consume ratio, so I decided it was better to bump up the ratio for hemp to 4:1 instead. Yes, this is a minor "nerf" to hemp, but I feel it makes it a bit more of a choice for the player when picking between the two crops. I was considering increasing the hemp ratio even worse, maybe even 6:1 so that cotton and hemp are just straight swapped, but I figured most people would not appreciate it.

As for the change to fabric requirements on weapons, what can I say? It just seemed crazy how much fabric was needed for a sword. 25% is still a reasonable amount and I'm hoping it will offset people being mad about the change in hemp-to-fabric ratio.
