The Cheat Councillor

Description
Adds an option to have a fully maxed out councillor with all missions unlocked from the campaign settings BEFORE you start. Sadly i couldn't find another way to not give the AI the cheat councillors too. The way you get it is through the proffessions dropdown in the campaign customization screen and select 'Cheat'. (Updated to 0.4.78 also fixed a crash bug)

For me the mod does not work, there is no crash, there are just is no advisers. Game sees this mod

Sorry for the absolutely terrible response time, life is still crazy. I implemented the fix, I also made doubly sure the AI can't ever recruit a Cheat Councillor by adding anti-affinities to every faction in the Cheat Councillor JSON file.

Not only has what GrandBean did fix my crashing on starting a save, it has also fixed my random crashed every 20 to 30 minutes I was starting to have.

Knight Sky I was meaning to post the other day about this. I was tinkering with some options. But you need Two Keystat values in the source code for this. It looks like the AI uses it to decide if it wants/can steal or something.

"keyStat": ["Science", "Science"],

same key is acceptable. I was never able to start my game with it before I added the two. Was working on and trying to brain storm how to make this work without needing like unity didn't deep dive too much but down to chat it up if you want about it. I deep dive modding when I have a game fix till I move on haha.
