It'll happen more with weapons that give out a lot of force (e.g: shotguns, or explosions) the game is generally buggy rn because of that engine switch (havok to volt) so I think fixes can wait

just gonna comment here, the game recently updated their physics engine, there's a high chance the ragdolls will spaz out so much they could fly or vibrate through the ground
