Dragon Ogre Shaggoth SFO Submod

This is the SFO submod for the Dragon Ogre Shaggoth - Generic Lord + Hero for Warriors of Chaos mod by Ubermorgen. This mod balances the new lord and hero to be more in line with SFO Grimhammer III.

Increased stats and add skills to be more similar to Kholek. Changed the innate trait to be the new SFO traits that the Chaos Lords use. I also gave a couple buffs for Dragon Ogres in Kholek skill tree.

I am still learning to mod so if you notice anything that appears off, just let me know and I will try to fix it. I am open to any feedback or suggestions that you may have.
