New Jersey - Eagle Union Leader

Adds New Jersey as a new Leader to Eagle Union which replaces America.

Agenda - "Don'tcha Just Love It?": Is easy to befriend, and likes civilizations who are her Declared Friends. Dislikes anyone denouncing or attacking her friends.

Civ Ability - "Show of Force":

- Starts with Ship Building Tech Boost.
- May form Fleets and Armadas with Mercantilism, instead of Nationalism and Mobilization.
- Units can enter Ocean tiles with Shipbuilding instead of Cartography, and pay no additional Movement costs to embark or disembark.
- All Diplomatic policy slots in the current government are converted to Wildcard slots.
- +2 Diplomatic Favor per turn for each Wildcard slot in the current government.
- +50% Production towards Aqueduct, Canal, and Dam Districts.
- +50% Production towards naval ranged units.
- Harbor gains +2 Adjacency Bonus from Industrial Zone and +1 from all other districts.
- Number of Great Scientist and Great Engineer points earned per turn is increased by 50%.


New Jersey Unique Ability - "Freedom Through Firepower":

- Receives a free Melee unit after constructing Huntington Ingalls Industries and their buildings, the free unit does not require resources when created or to maintain and receives +5 Combat Strength.
- Building Industrial Zones trigger a culture bomb, claiming surrounding tiles.
- Improved resource tiles receive +1 Faith for each copy of the resource the city owns.
- +5 Combat Strength for all units inside the Eagle Union's home continent.
- +3 Combat and Religious Strength for all units for each Holy City converted to New Jersey's Religion.
- Domestic Trade Routes grant +1 Food, +1 Production, +1 Science, and +2 Gold for each Specialty District at the destination.


Industrial Zone Unique - "Huntington Ingalls Industries":

A district unique to Eagle Union. Replaces the Industrial Zone and is cheaper to build.
When the first Huntington Ingalls Industries is constructed the Gunpowder technology is unlocked.
Acquires Outer Defenses and Ranged Strike along with the City Center once Walls have been built.

+3 Amenities
+2 Great Engineer and +2 Great Scientist Points per turn
+2 Production per adjacent Coast or Lake tile, River, Harbor, City Center, Aqueduct, Dam, Canal District.
+1 Production for all other adjacent Districts
+1 Production per adjacent Strategic Resource or lumber mill


Unique Building - "Newport Shipyard":

+25% combat experience for all naval units trained in this city.
Bonus Production equal to the adjaceny bonus of the Harbor District.
+1 Food, +1 Production, +1 Science, and +1 Culture on all Ocean, Coast, and Lake tiles for this city.
+1 Great Admiral, +1 Great Scientist, and +1 Great Engineer point per turn.


Unique Improvement - "Mar-a-Lago":

+2 Amenities
+1 Culture per adjacent District or Luxury resource
+2 Culture per adjacent Commercial Hub or City Center
+3 Culture
+3 Faith
+1 Housing (with Urbanization)
+1 Appeal to adjacent tiles
Provides Tourism equal to its Culture output (requires Flight)


"Rough Rider" Unique Unit:

Eagle Union unique Industrial era unit that replaces the Cuirassier. Unlocked by Rifling.
+10 Combat Strength when fighting on Hills or Woods.
+10 Combat Strength when fighting on a continent other than the Eagle Union Capital's.
Earns Culture from kills equal to 50% of enemy unit's Combat Strength.
No Movement cost to Embark or Disembark.

"Iowa-Class Battleship" Unique Unit:

Eagle Union unique Industrial era unit that replaces the Battleship. Stronger than the Battleship. Unlocked by Refining.
+7 Combat Strength vs district defenses.
