Better FOV/Zoom for player & camera

Description
DOES NOT WORK IN EDITOR

With this mod players get:
110 FOV hipfire
90 FOV on 1x sights/ironsights
default FOV on others

The min & max of the camera zoom has been increased drastically, so you can look over buildings on certain maps.

Sadly, this mod was not made with editor in mind. I've added a warning to the description and will look into a fix for the editor.
