Sooner Colossi 早めのコロッサス

This mod changes the weight of ship techs (Destroyers, Cruisers, Battleships, and Titans) so that it's no longer nearly impossible to unlock them earlier in the game. This ensures that you will be able to pick up Colossus sooner in the game than usual.

For context, by default, the ship techs have massively decreased weight until a certain amount of time has passed. Destroyers require at least 10 years, Cruisers require at least 20 years, Battleships require at least 50 years, and Titans require at least 100 years. This mod removes that requirement.
