Respawn Timer

Description
Respawn Timer for the current game playthrough!

A mod for your server, mostly, unless you want a respawn timer in single-player. It may be used for anything, basically, although PVP/PVE servers are its main application. You have a choice of six distinct times at this time. The intervals are 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, and 20 minutes.

errorMagnifier is not needed but is HIGHLY recommended.

@DooWopShooBop Perhaps ill add an update when I have the time, 4 now I don't though, not until january.

it is possible to set the timer only if the player was killed by another player ?
