Description


Welcome to Star Trek Module 2 - Armor by Q-Tech. This mod contains a set of armor based blocks.

IMPORTANT: Update information for this mod can be found in the Change Notes tab.

Under no circumstances is this mod to be publicly re-uploaded by anyone for any reason!

The other modules can be found on my workshop or in the Star Trek Modules collection.



The description of each module in the collection can be found in the Star Trek Modules Guide. Please refer to the guide for information about each mod. Please do not post questions or complaints if you have not read the guide. If you have read the guide and your question / concern has not been addressed then feel free to post it in the comments section.



This mod contains the following blocks:
  • Armor plates with cutouts
  • Glowing armor blocks
  • Windows

If it's ok with you I'll link my world save here see if it works for you. If it does it means it's on my end. Two glow blocks on the back of the ship painted the color needed

@bsimp14 Hmmm, afraid I'm at a loss now. Only other thing I can think of is graphics settings. I don't know for sure if things like post processing affect how custom textures like this are displayed in game.

just now tried it and i still have a black block with no texture and uncolorable

@bsimp14 If you're talking about the hydrogen thrusters in game then those use sprites for the exhaust glow.

There's definitely something amiss if you're painting the glowing block and nothing is happening. Have you tried un-subbing and re-downloading the mod?

I did as well, I was trying to get a glow effect similar to a hidrogen thrust er glow but kept getting a black block mater what color I choose, im beginning to think it's my computer

@bsimp14 Well I'm not sure then. I just checked in-game and they work for me using the Steam workshop version. When I first placed one down my selected paint color was black so it looked like a normal block but when I painted it a different color it glowed just fine.

Perhaps but I'm not playing with anything that deals with textures and it's only the glow blocks

@bsimp14 Hmmm, that sounds like a texture has gone missing or been corrupted. Or perhaps even overwritten by another mod.
