Isolated Industries

Description
Paranoid of infiltrators, your city's rulers decided it was best to lock industry away on cliffs.

The worst part is, your trains are outdated and only run on steam!

NOTE: Warehouses are currently disabled for this map, until the core devs fix a bug with it. For now, you will need to be very strategic about how you export resources.

*UPDATE:* I changed the game rules so that you cannot build certain types of industry - they must remain atop cliffs. Also, updated some of the mission descriptions to make the story stronger. Let me know what you think!

This is a nice little design, completed "S" at third attempt. It was good to experiment with warehouses. Well done to the designer.

Sly. You need to create a WAREHOUSE by the dock. The Export dock will be able to reach the warehouse if positioned correctly. Same with the industries by the coal.

There are crescent shaped sliders for export dock access. It's possible to build in-range industries for the required goods, or we can use warehouses and export almost whatever we like. . . .

PS. Warehouse can transfer Oil to ground level as well.
