In Kenshi, the Rebel Farmers are a minor faction that opposes the oppressive practices of the United Cities, particularly their reliance on slavery. The game did not lacked entirely the possibility to play as a rebel farmer but it was barebones to say the least.
With this mod, my aim is to make the Rebel Farmers more playable, giving the player a more solid path into this direction.

On Steam Workshop, there are other mods that try to address this situation but I feel that most of them go around the point, the idea, the aim that it is required: expanding the rebel farmers in a lore friendly way with no wacky or overpowered stuff.

In consequence I present you Expanded Factions - Rebel Farmers, a lore friendly mod that has the following features:

-Created shops:
-------------------------
-Bar with goods (food and medicine, in low ammount) and recruits.
-Trade goods shop that contains items that are present in United Cities caravans in low ammount. It also has the blueprints for furniture
-Travel shop that contains items for various uses and maps of United Cities territories and rebel settlements.
-Gear shop that contains the items used by Rebel Farmers/Swordsman plus the blueprints that enables: crafting Rebel Farmers/Swordsman/Band of Bones (only in Fort Hook) gear and building of swamp buildings.
-------------------------

-Remade Fort Simion to accommodate the new changes (trade, travel, gear shops and a bar).
-Added an empty swamp shack that is available for purchase.
-Reinforced Fort Simion in order to stand against various random attacks.
-Populated and animated Fort Simion - farmers now work their farms, wells and other things.
-Updated World States for Fort Simion:

-Fort Yabuta (requirements not changed) now accommodates the new changes and it also has a shop that sells Yabuta Outlaws gear and blueprint which enables crafting such gear. Yabuta Outlaws are not friendly towards the player and the player can not ally them. The shop is only for robbery if you can.
-Fort Simion destroyed (requirements not changed): it now accommodates the new changes.

-Created Outpost Joshua which is led by Joshua which has a dialogue and it also has a bounty of 20.000 cats to United Cities and a wanted poster for him present in United Cities bars.
-Added the corresponding shops (trade, travel, gear shops), buildings (plus an empty shack that is purchaseable) and population.
-Added world state: if Boss Simion is jailed or killed, Outpost Joshua becomes trashed/ruined and populated by peasant vagrants.

-Remade Old Village to accommodate a bar that serves as an HQ led by Mayor Emm, which it has dialogue, for the Empire Peasants and a hospital that belongs to Rebel Farmers whom are led by Sergeant Sofia which has dialogue and a bounty of 20.000 cats to United Cities and a wanted poster.
-Added the corresponding population.
-Added world state: if Sergeant Sofia is jailed or dies, the hospital becomes empty.

-Added Fort Hook in The Hook region. Fort Hook is led Lord Increase, which has a bounty of 20.000 cats and a wanted poster, and his two advisors: Advisor Victoria and Advisor Royland, both of them have a dialogue.
-Added the possibility to join the Rebel Farmers by talking to Lord Increase and the requirements are the same that Boss Simion has.
-Added the necessary shops: bar, trade goods, travel goods and gear shop.
-Added empty shack that can be purchased by the player.
-Added the corresponding population.
-Added world state: if Lord Increase is jailed or killed, Fort Hook becomes trashed/ruined and populated by peasant vagrants.

-Improved the overall AI: Rebel Farmers heal allies, take out town intruders, rescue and put in bed downed allies, dispose corpses, work farms and wells, use training dummies, etc.
-Added changes to Rebel Swordsman faction, small ones that you will not even observe. It's ok.

-Added corresponding game starts.

I do not know. I did this mod in Kenshi vanilla. You can try tho. You enable your living world mod and this one and run the game with one of the starts of my mod and see how's going.

this mod still work? and does it work with kenshi Kaizo?
