Hero Settings - 8 Per Player

Description
For use in Empire mode: Raises the maximum number of heroes to 8 (1 commander + 7 recruited).
Additionally raises the maximum level to 30.

Will not work on existing saves -- start a new planet to use the new settings.

hmm which game mode are you trying? This is what I use for empire mode myself.

I can't seem to get this to work. A pity.
