Radar Azimuth/Elevation swapper

This swaps the radar azimuth and elevation channels, allowing you to use side-mounted radars for applications that require a flat mount.

For instance, suppose you have a small camera turret with a radar overlay, and the missile radar isn’t providing sufficient range. With this, you can side-mount a small radar to reduce the bulkiness of the turret.
It does cause some radar ghosting and I'm not sure why, so I can't fix it.
Due to that Id only recommend you use this for visuals (like camera overlays and search radars) and not for any targeting systems.
