The nuclear submarine "DELTA", formally used for special underwater operations, was equipped to deal with aggressive fauna and escort officers to their destination. Some fanatical group bought this submarine and remade it in abomination. Now they want to "Spread Democracy" in their own twisted ways and kill "Resistance". Many of submarine's electrical subsystems were made with a lot of design flaws, so it's not very effecient, but very deadly.
