Mouse Click Move

Description
Use mouse button clicks to move, defaults to middle mouse button but can be changed via console command

You can now hold the mouse button to move instead of clicking.

Adds the following console commands:

disableMouseMove
enableMouseMove
middleClickMove
rightClickMove

Click with the configured mouse button and a sphere will appear where you clicked and you will move to it. You can click again while moving to choose a new destination. Moving with WASD will abort the automatic movement. If you zoom out and click then the clicks only work properly if relatively close to the player, otherwise it defaults to origin. Works fine if not zoomed out.
