THIS IS AN ARREST NPCS AND PLAYERS MOD!!! (this is a remake of the original so it may have bugs or not work correctly) So everyone wondering wether it is a virus because of the size, no its not! the size comes from the audio files and pretty poor compression of the addon i will remake this pretty soon
