A simplified version of a Tournament puzzle.

HOW TO SOLVE THIS THE INTENDED WAY

The first two inputs can be any cardinal element. The locations of the two outputs are important. The third input is a line containing every combination of two different cardinal elements.

If the two input elements are the same then the gold and the salt outputs should be in some particular position. However if the two inputs are distinct then the machine should work if only the salt and gold outputs swapped position.

In essence: all arms, glyphs, tracks, etc. should remain in the same positions. The outputs must also remain in the same positions but must be swapped between == and != cases.
