this is the Knife Chair Trap from SAW IV. It is one of the Flashback tape traps

Features working blades, a way to win and a PLAY ME Tape.


The Knife Chair Trap, seen in SAW IV is one of the first traps created by Jigsaw (John Kramer), after Gideon died.
It involves the victim being strapped down to a fragile chair, with knives in the armrests going directly in their wrists.

Above their head is a mechanical contraption that features 4 knifes side by side on two sides.
The goal of the game is to push the human's head through the blades and slam their head on the bumper in front of them to be released.

However, if the human refuses to go through the blades, they will simply bleed out, losing the game.
Live, or die. The choice is yours.
