Map Item Animations

Description
In the current version of the game reading map items is instantaneous.

This mod adds the same animation and timed action as pressing the map (M) key while reading map items (annotated maps, town maps, flyers you can read from the context menu, etc.)

@Saucy Samuel L. Jackson what likely fixed it for you was the relogging, not the mod being removed. There are posts about disco gitches on the subreddit every other day

That's a known glitch unrelated to mods.

For some reason when I had this mod enabled I got a Disco Light glitch inside Rosewood FD? I knew it was this mod cause it was the only one I just added to my mods before I saw it. Disabled the mod and the lights were gone

In fact, I'm pretty sure it is in the game. I was doing a vanilla run just yesterday and there was an animation for opening the map. I'm not really sure what this mod is supposed to be changing
