Moved the data file of "Spawned Ships" & "add blueprints" option here for CHEAT MENU mainly for easy of maintenance, and bloated nature of the data files.

Added a new mod option "available stations" in "Global Changes", allows you to spawn in stations, preconfigured and equipped with Turrets and Shields.

This included the following game and dlc things:
X4: Base Game
X4: Split Vendetta
X4: Cradle of Humanity
X4: Tides of Avarice
X4: Kingdom End
