This mod lowers the embark/disembark costs from 2100 to 1200, allowing the army to move a little bit afterwards.

Very interesting mod, thanks!
Could you please consider making a version that almost completely reduces the embark/disembark cost just for the Vampire Coast, so that they can finally establish Pirate Coves with armies without having to spend 2 or 3 turns getting stuck on the land around port cities?
