By far one of the MOST ESSENTIAL quality of life mods for my in this game. Whenever I play empire, i always dreaded the early part specifically because i knew i was going to be spending the next hour or two trying to get RNG to cooperate and let me get the wizard i wanted for my army. Something this influential to your army SHOULD NOT have been left to RNG especially considering just how long it will take for you to get another wizard.

Your mod is simple and perfect. THIS, SHOULD HAVE BEEN A STANDARD GAME FEATURE. you earned yourself the biggest points i could give you. Thanks to you, ill never have to go through this "RNG hell" of the empire campaign again and can just enjoy the early part like every other faction and control how i build my army from the start.
