Report a translation problem
The first is turn off Game sound in options .. I can understand why you'll mock me for even suggesting that :(
The second is open the editor and find the radio chatter sitting on the helicopter, there's two sounds on it, the one centered on the rotors is the rotor sound, the second closer to the front is the chatter. The problem with this way is it'll add back every time I update the mod (hasn't been much lately but should pick up again as soon as this year ends)
Do the other 911 calls and radio chatter bug you or is it just that this one loops the entire time you play the map? I could cut it down to a few seconds, or give it a range around the helicopter so it's on while you stand there but gone once you walk away.
