TTT Spartan Kick Weapon [No Sparta Sound]

Description
This is a sped-up and silent version of the original "[TTT2] SpartanKick [WEAPON][FIXED]".

The Kick is 4x Quicker and no longer has the massive delay.
It also no longer makes the Sparta sound.
