Overjoy Chance Rebalance

Description
This small mod changes overjoy chance calculation system.
(Because 5% max chance isn't even funny)
So for every 1 additional morale above requirement +2% for overjoy reaction.

Are there plans to make this change overjoy affects, or only chances? BC sticker bomber and super efficient could use some buffs or reworks

The game now rolls for overjoy reaction every schedule block , with vanilla chances adjusted to ensure they still occur at about the same average rate.

@VTrista Either god-like rng or maybe another bug that cures with save/reload, cuz playtests shows that you can have some overjoyed days in a row and then lose combo (:meepsad:)

It seems like as of the update that the overjoy response seems to linger for basically forever once they are triggered. They last longer than a single cycle.

I have 3 dupes, each with around 10/3 morale. This should be a 14% chance to get the overjoy reaction per day. Shouldn't these overjoy responses only last for a cycle?

For example, 65/25, the probability is 5%+(65-25-20) * 2%=45%, or (65-25) * 2%=80%, which is correct?
