Congratulations you made it into the mid-late game. I moved my base to the edge of the arctic and by overheating the reactor to survive the cold, I did a few arctic hunting runs and collected some shields, spiked wheels, and heaters. I then made this vehicle. It is capable of surviving in both the coldest and warmest areas of the arctic and will overheat in warmer climates. You can use the tractor beam to bring chunks of ore out of the arctic to fragment for the largest yield. It is a formidable fighting vehicle. Enjoy dominating the arctic and getting into the late-game with it.
P.S. Don't forget to bring heater fuel, no ammo required.
