Desired Chat Sounds

Description
This addon allows you to type !sounds or open_sound_settings in console to open a GUI.

This GUI will let you select sounds from the files available and then bind them to a chat message.

This chat message will play that sound.

A player can equip up to 5 of these sounds and remove them by right clicking and pressing remove.

You can also add more sounds in the Sound Folder in the addon.
