The Cthulhu Cabal is a formidable and evil race of slavers, emerging from the darkest corners of the cosmos. They are ancient, having existed before the stars sang their first songs, and their knowledge of the universe is both vast and terrifying. Driven by an insatiable hunger for power and control, the Cthuhlu Cabal seeks to enslave all known life. The Cabal's ultimate purpose is not merely conquest but the total subjugation of the mind. They believe they can achieve a perverse form of unity through domination, a universe where all thoughts and actions serve their whims. In their wake, planets are left desolate, populations are reduced to thralls and the light of freedom is snuffed out.

This Civ was created before the species editor was available. At that time, you had to select from available in game species. Once subscribed, you can easily use the assets to create the proper species.
