And yeah the enemy attacks are meant to be relentless to try to force the player into choosing 1 base location rather than try to keep 2 bases running
The only problem is that the enemy AI gets stuck and you have to cheese it. For example, in Where the Eagles Dare, the units get stuck in the bridge from the Nod base in the north. In The Name of Kane, the enemy units are relentless if you build near where the MCV spawns so I had to take over the only refinery. Not sure if that was intentional
